"Nasi Lemak"
Nasi Lemak, a famous local Malay dish fondly loved by all. The traditional nasi lemak comes in a package wrapped with banana leaves and brown paper. We call them nasi lemak bungkus.
The rice is fragrantly cooked in pandan leaves and santan (coconut milk). The dish is tastefully matched with sambal, ikan bilis, cucumber, egg and peanuts for a wholesome flavor of Asians.
